Carnival Ostrich Races  History Fair

The Thorobred Chevrolet Ostrich Festival Parade will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2008. Sponsored by Thorobred Chevrolet and with over 100 entries the parade will begin at Ray Road and Arizona Avenue and travel south on Arizona Ave. to Chicago St.

Two stages of continuous live entertainment throughout the festival feature nationally known headliners each night on the Main Stage and all your favorite local bands performing on the Community Stage.

The Ostrich Festival Carnival promises to provide exciting family fun where you'll experience the thrill of state fair size rides including the traditional favorites. Join us in the Kids Zone for hours of fun! Face Painting, Water Tattoos, Crafts, and Old Fashioned Games are just some of the activities waiting for you.

More than 150 exhibitors will be selling a fantastic array of arts, crafts, goods, and services in a festive environment throughout the festival grounds.

Sponsor exhibits, interactive displays, and children's activities round out a whole day of fun at the 20th Annual Ostrich Festival!

The 20th Annual Ostrich Festival will be held March 7 - 9, 2008 at Tumbleweed Park.

The Ostrich Races are one of the most popular attractions at the event. The show is approximately 50 minutes in length. The Races include all kinds of Exotic animals like camels, zebra and our frisky ostriches.
