Carnival Ostrich Races History Fair

Sponsored by the City of Chandler’s Public History Program, local museums will display the history of their towns along with interactive activities or demonstrations for festival visitors. These displays will be located behind the 1917 McCroskey House, directly north of the Ostrich racetrack.

This year participating in the history are Chandler Museum, Gilbert Historical Society, San Tan Historical Society, Arizona Historical Society, Mesa Historical Museum, the Arizona Wing Commemorative Air Force Museum and

the Arizona Railway Museum new at Tumbleweed Park- the museum will be offering free wagon rides to and forth to the Railway Museum.
